About the €400 price: Yes — €400 is the service fee previously agreed for preparing one trademark application and carrying out a risk assessment. It is not the EUIPO filing fee and it is not the total cost of registration. The official EUIPO fee is separate.

Any refund guarantee applies to the service fee only and is subject to the agreed service terms. An EUIPO voucher is awarded by EUIPO, not by Eesti Consulting. A risk assessment can identify potential issues but cannot guarantee that a trademark will be registered.
