Keep an eye on the deadline. The normal renewal period is the six months before expiry. A late renewal may be possible for a further six months with an additional EUIPO surcharge. We will check the dates with you.

Before you request a renewal
Can I change my logo or add classes when I renew?
You cannot change the trademark itself or add new goods and services during renewal. You may renew some or all existing classes. A changed trademark may need a new application.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Please send your EUIPO registration number, expiry date and the number of classes you wish to renew. We will confirm the service and official fees before you proceed.
The €229 price is our standard service fee per EU trademark. The official EUIPO renewal fee is separate and depends on the number of classes. Late renewals or non-standard cases may require extra work; we will confirm any additional service fee before you proceed.
